I've always felt that parting with the first and last pup of each litter is the hardest to bear so this time around was made much easier by keeping the little red girl. We call her "Aussie" and she already consumes as much time as it was taking to look after the whole litter. It sounds from all the new owners that "puppy watching" will become a major activity in the months to come. All the pups are adjusting well to their new homes, families and dogs. "Taryn" (orange girl) regularly attends the kid's soccer games and sleeps peacefully while parents are screaming and cheering on the sidelines. "Griffin" (black boy) constantly entertains family and friends while housework gets innocently neglected. "Os" (blue boy) is managing to work his way into the heart of their English setter, Bowman, who patiently watches as Os chases Bowman's wagging tail. We haven't heard much about "Parker" (yellow boy) at this point except to say he is also sleeping throught the night and adjusting well. Parker needs all the beauty sleep he can get since he can look forward to the glories of the show ring in the not too distant future! Since this is the last puppy update for this litter I want to thank everyone following these pictures for their compliments and comments. Our next planned litter will not likely be until the spring of 2001. Till then....Debbie
